1 ekor ayam, potong menjadi 8 bagian
\nMinyak goreng secukupnya
\n2 cm jahe, memarkan
\n2 lembar daun jeruk
\n4 cm lengkuas
\n600 ml santan dari 1 butir kelapa
\nGaram dan gula secukupnya<\/p>\n

Bumbu Halus:<\/h3>\n

6 bh bawang merah
\n3 siung bawang putih
\n3 cm kunyit
\n2 bh cabai merah besar
\nGaram secukupnya<\/p>\n

Cara Membuat:<\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Panaskan 3 sendok makan minyak ke dalam wajan, tumis bumbu halus hingga harus. Masukkan jahe, daun jeruk, lengkuas, santan. Didihkan. Masukkan ayam, tambahkan garam, jika perlu dan gula secukupnya.<\/li>\n
  2. Masak hingga ayam cukup matang \u00b1 30 menit. Angkat, biarkan dingin.<\/li>\n
  3. Goreng ayam dalam minyak panas hingga kuning kecoklatan. Angkat dan sajikan.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
